By accessing and using the services of iClassic Web Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
We offer web design, development, SEO optimization, web application development, and ongoing website maintenance and support. The specifics of the services will be outlined in individual contracts or service agreements.
2. Client Responsibilities
Content Submission: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required for the project in a timely manner.
Approval and Feedback: Clients must approve project drafts and deliverables within agreed timelines to ensure the project proceeds as scheduled.
Payment: Clients are responsible for timely payments as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of any project.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule specified in the agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments will incur additional charges as outlined in the contract.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (designs, code, and content) unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Usage Rights: We retain the right to use project materials for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information, documents, and data provided during the course of the project. This includes client business information and sensitive data.
6. Guarantees and Warranties
While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the project will be free from errors or interruptions. However, we will correct any issues related to design or functionality that arise post-launch for a limited period, as defined in the service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to that point, and any deposits paid are non-refundable.
8. Limitations of Liability
We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the website. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients, and the updated terms will apply to all ongoing and future projects.
