Rules and Regulations – iClassic Web Design
By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following rules and regulations. These terms govern the use of the services provided by iClassic Web Design:
1. Scope of Services
Our services include web design, development, SEO optimization, web application development, and website maintenance. Detailed specifications will be provided in individual service agreements.
2. Client Obligations
Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing necessary content (such as text, images, logos, etc.) promptly and in the required formats.
Feedback & Approvals: Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals for designs and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
Payments: Clients agree to make payments as specified in the service agreement or proposal. All payments must be made in a timely manner.
3. Payment Terms
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on a project.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of the project until payment is received. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables (design, code, content). However, iClassic retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
License to Use: We grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purposes specified in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business information, trade secrets, and personal data.
6. Project Modifications and Revisions
Scope Changes: Any significant changes or additions to the project after the agreement has been signed may result in additional charges. Clients will be notified of these charges before any work is started.
Revisions: Revisions are included as per the terms of the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Project Timeline
Delivery Schedule: We will make every effort to meet the agreed project deadlines. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as client delays in providing content or approvals.
Client Delays: If client feedback or content is delayed beyond the agreed timeline, we reserve the right to adjust the project schedule.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for the work completed up to that point. Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or websites developed by us. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.
10. Amendments to the Agreement
iClassic Web Design reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes, and the updated terms will apply to all current and future projects.
11. Compliance with Law
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while engaging in the services provided.
